Family Run
Here at CDCA we understand the importance of family, safety, dignity and trust. It is because of this, we adopt what we like to call ‘The Grandma/Mother approach’. How would we like someone to provide Care for our Grandmother, our mother, our family and friends? All the Care that we provide within our community is done with this approach. This ethos has been instilled within the company since it first started back in 2001. We want the best for our users of service. We see all those whom we Care for as extended family members. We want the best for our CDCA family.

A message from the manager…
Since as long as I can remember, my parents have always been Caring people who go out of their way to help others. Whether it was in my genes or whether it was the environment of my parents always helping people that shaped me into wanting to help those in need and Care for people. I never knew where my path would go to, but I knew it would be making a difference in people’s lives and helping these people. When my parents decided to open a Care Agency I was very happy as I knew how Caring they were and how many people they could help within our community. It was at that moment I realised that working in the Care industry was my life’s calling. I would take on many Care visits and try to do everything I could to ensure that the people in need of Care within our community were getting the highest standard of Care that myself and my parents could provide. I then realised that I could only do so much physical Care as one person. With this in mind, I soon became qualified as a Trainer to deliver Health and Social Care training to our Care Team. We wanted to ensure that all of our CDCA Care Team work in the same highest standard of Care that I, my parents and all the people we Care for expect and deserve. We are always expanding our knowledge of Care and continue to deliver the highest quality of Care possible within our community.
We do not see Caring as a job, we see Caring as our way of life.
Whether you are part of our CDCA Care Team or someone whom we provide Care for, you become part of our CDCA family.
