Arranging your Care…
We believe that arranging Care shouldn’t be complicated; in fact it takes just 4 easy steps:
1. Telephone us first…
Call us and we will arrange an appointment for you to see our Registered Care Manager or one of our highly qualified CDCA Management Team Members, at our offices – or if you prefer in the comfort of your own home, at a time that best suits you.
2. Meet us informally…
You are invited to attend an informal meeting, where we can discuss your (or your loved one’s) Care requirements. We will then prepare an outline Care package for your needs (there is no charge for this service).
3. Your Needs assessment
We will visit you in your home to finalise your requirements and identify a close knit CDCA Care Team to with the right skill set for your individual needs. Once again, there is no charge for this service.
4. Your Care plan
Finally, we will prepare a written proposal that clearly outlines our suggested Care plan. This shows our commitment to you, and includes costs, Terms & Conditions, and also a mutually agreed starting date. You can then decide whether to accept our proposal, and it is only at this stage that we look for your commitment.
